  • 2. Study the patterns & trends

TikTok’s algorithm favors creative content, so you should not try and create content that will be rejected.

User-generated content is a way to evoke emotion

The “shareable sweet spot” is when a concept or experience is shared across a broad audience and is never seen or done before. The Internet loves the unexpected.

"Watch time is a pivotal component to the TikTok algorithm, so captivating the viewer in the first half-second is key." This is the first time that Hayes has spoken to us about TikTok's algorithm. This is a great insight into the inner workings of this video platform and how the algorithm works.

Consumers and users are looking for more authenticity in their content. This trend is fuelled by celebrity videos such as behind-the-brand, explainers, interviews/duets, and product teasers. These videos will be a staple of the entertainment industry in 2022.
